It is in the nature of heraldry that a coat of arms can be artistically interpreted in different ways. While a particular interpretation or image is subject to copyright law, the coat of arms itself is not (but an attempt to use someone else's arms as one's own would be usurption, which breaches the laws of chivalry!).
Some illustrations of arms here are closely based on existing images used by their owners. Since these are for the purposes of review, have no commercial purpose, and are not depriving the original images' owners of income, I believe this falls with the fair dealing exemptions of UK copyright law.
