Sir John Le Fleming and descendants

The founder of the Fleming family of Penlline and Swansea was Sir John le Fleming, a Norman lord who accompanied Robert Fitzhammon in the conquest of Glamorgan. The name appears with various spellings : Fleming, Fleminge, Flemyng, Flemynge.

The family included several portreeves of Swansea in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries : John Thomas in 1553, 1559 and 1569, William in 1586, 1592, and 1601, and Henry in 1613 and 1624 (I am assuming these are three people rather than more with the same names, but have not confirmed this).
